Walasse Ting

About the Artist

Walasse Ting was born in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province in 1928, travelled to Paris in 1952 and then to New York in 1958. Walasse Ting established a special style independent of the mainstream painting style, and his works are known for their bright colours and bold expressions. His rich colours create a world of sensual pleasure, seduction and magic, creating a magnifcent, enchanting and dreamy visual experience for the viewer.
